Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam  15 August – Swiss Aviation Software (Swiss-AS), took center stage at a high-profile strategic conference attended by key Vietnamese government officials, aviation authorities, and major airlines. Pierluigi Calu, Head of Swiss-AS Asia Pacific, delivered a forward-looking presentation titled “Transforming Aircraft Maintenance with AI & Paperless Solutions". In representing the Lufthansa Technik digital tech ops ecosystem, including AMOS, AVIATAR, and flydocs, Calu emphasized the vital role digitalization will play in the future of the aviation industry.

In the Vietnamese market, where 75% of Airlines and MROs rely on Swiss-AS as their software partner, it is paramount to drive change and push boundaries in aircraft maintenance. "At Swiss-AS, we believe it is our duty to help regulators embrace cutting-edge technologies and digital innovations. By facilitating this transformation, we are ensuring that airlines, MROs, and authorities alike are equipped with the tools needed to enhance safety, efficiency, and sustainability," Calu stated during his presentation.
